Coating

PT KUSUMA BAJA uses fusion bonded epoxy coating, by mean powder is transferred to material to be coated by electrostatic charge and heated uniformly to temperature 200C.
Coating material uses Blue Colored Fusion Bonded Epoxy EP-F 5001, Coating Thickness 250 micron minimalSTANDARD

• WRAS approved, Listing Number 0801529, for cold and hot water use up to 85°C.
• AS/NZS 4158 - Thermal-bonded polymeric coatings on valves and fittings for water industry purposes.
• AS 4020 - suitable for contact with drinking water.
